Facility Use Guidelines
Guidelines for using the Sto. Niño Hall of the SNP Formation Center for non-parish program related activities.
The Sto. Niño Hall may be used by parishioners, ministries, and organizations for personal or special occasions such as receptions, birthdays, reunions, debuts, corporate functions, and other non-parish gatherings, subject to parish approval and compliance with all facility policies.

Actual Usage & Important Reminders
Please observe these reminders to help maintain cleanliness, order, safety, and respect for the parish facility.
Actual Usage
- At least 30 minutes before the event, present the fully paid request form to the Guard on Duty.
- After use, ensure the area is clean, garbage is properly disposed of, and chairs are orderly stacked.
- The requesting parishioner is accountable for any damage to the facility.
- Upon leaving, inform the Guard on Duty for room inspection and clearance.
Additional Reminders
- Aircon units should not be turned on while setting up decorations.
- Aircon units may be turned on at least 1 hour before the event.
- Sticking anything to the wall is strictly prohibited.
- Any wall damage will be charged to the client or caterer.
- Trash must not be left at the venue and should be disposed of properly.
Prohibitions
Smoking and drinking of beer or hard liquor are strictly prohibited. Very loud sound systems are also not allowed in the venue.
Social drinking may be allowed only within reasonable limitations and only for red wine, white wine, and champagne. Excessive drinking, disorderly behavior, and anything that disturbs peace and sanctity are strictly prohibited.
As stewards of God’s creation, we must all take good care of our SNP Formation Center.
